This beautiful home is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet, green neighborhood. It can fit up to 7 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished and equipped. Includes TV & cables in both living room and master bedroom, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. It also has an amazing covered furnished private patio to BBQ or to sit, relax & enjoy the sun light. You can use the neighborhood’s pool and it is close to all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shopping, synagogue & church.

The space

This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1700sqf home. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 6 people plus a folding bed is also available which is very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 7 people. Home includes everything you need and It is fully furnished and equipped. Home includes a smart TV which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Wood burning Fireplace. Plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You have a private garage and plenty of place to park. You can freely use the Grill to BBQ in the covered private patio or just sit and enjoy the cozy Texas sun. You can also use the Neighborhood pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walking from the house. You will love it!

The house is 100% non-smoking.
There’s a High chair and Pack n Play available (upon request)

Guest access

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. There is a private patio to sit and relax. You will have private parking for 2 cars in the garage plus plenty more off street. You can also freely use the Neighborhood pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walking from the house. (Please ask for entry code upon arrival).

Interaction with guests

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you’re here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).

In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you’ll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay!

• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.

Other things to note
Due to the fact that it is a Neighborhood’s pool, I cannot be responsible in case the pool is closed. (Always closed on Monday for cleaning).
