This beautiful home is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet, green neighborhood. It can fit up to 10 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, wifi and washer & dryer. It has an amazing private patio to sit and relax, a beautiful outdoor pool that can be used as a hot-tub as well, to enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, gas, golf court, synagogue & church.

The space
This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1800sqf home includes everything you need. It is fully furnished & equipped. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 8 people plus a sofa in the master bedroom which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. Both the Living room and the master suit include Smart TVs which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, wifi and washer & dryer, Wood burning Fireplace and more. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. There is an open patio where you can BBQ and enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light and right after you can jump into the beautiful outdoor pool that can be used as a hot-tub as well. With a private garage you will have plenty of private parking. You can use the Neighborhood Golf court which is located a few minutes walk from the house. You will love this perfect vacation home!

The house is 100% non-smoking.
There’s a High chair and Pack n Play available (upon request)

Guest access
You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use. You will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street.

Interaction with guests
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you’re here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).

In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you’ll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay!

• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.

Other things to note
Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool to hot-tub mode, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take several hours for the water to heat.
