This beautiful ranch like home is located in a green & quite area in San Antonio, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The shops at la cantera, The Rim, Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. It includes 2 master suites, A game room, covered patio with furniture, BBQ grill, charming outdoor fire pit, plenty of private parking spots, private pool & a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks.

The space

This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 3 bath. The 2 master suit include queen beds and the 2 other rooms each include a trundle bed that open up to an additional bed and a bunk bed. There is also a folding bed available. This house can sleep a total of 13 people. Both the Living room and the master suit have Smart TV’s which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels.

I can’t blame you it you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn, or sit on the swing in the front porch. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Play fun games in the well equipped game room. Jump into your private pool and enjoy the charming outdoor fire pit while sitting with your family or friends watching the moon light, not to forget the professional BBQ set, that is waiting only for you. You will Iove it!

You can also freely use the Neighborhood’s park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids.

Guest access

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking. You can also freely use the Neighborhood’s park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for bbq.

Interaction with guests

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you’re here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).
