Includes a master suite, a game room loft, 4 TVs (living rooms, game room & suits), covered patio with furniture and BBQ grill, game room which includes a pool table, games and arcade. 2 dining areas & 2 living rooms. Cables and wireless internet throughout the house. It is remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms. Includes reserved & street parking.

The space

This is a five bedroom, three bath, 2440sqf home. The 5 bedrooms include beds for 14 people plus a premium queen air mattress which is very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 16 people. It includes everything you need. It is fully furnished and equipped. House includes 2 living rooms, main one in the first floor and another one is in the 2nd floor. House also includes 2 dining areas. Main one is in the entrance and the other one is attached to the kitchen. Home includes smart TVs which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus additional TVs in the game room loft and Master suits), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This home is also suitable for babies and it includes a high chair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a big game room with pool table and a game arcade. Also Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and BBQ, under a covered patio. You will love it!

Note – The house is 100% non-smoking.

Guest access

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area freely. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

Interaction with guests

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you’re here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).

In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you’ll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay!
