It includes a master suite, a game room loft, 3 TVs (living, suit & game loft), covered patio with furniture & BBQ grill. The game room includes a foosball table, arcade & games. Cable & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodelled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms. You can freely use the park and basketball court. Includes a private garage.

The space

This house includes everything you need. It is fully furnished and equipped. Home includes a smart TV which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus more TVs in the game room and the suite), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This home is also suitable for babies and it includes a high chair and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a game room with a Foosball table and a game arcade. Also Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and BBQ, under a covered patio. You will love it!

You can also freely use the Neighborhood’s park and basketball court that is located a few minutes away from the house.

Guest access

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area and use the garage freely. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You can also freely use the Neighborhood’s park and basketball court that is located a few minutes away from the house.

Interaction with guests

I will be more than happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you’re here, the house is yours to enjoy and interact with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival).
